- API Token Usage: Witlly utilizes API tokens from third-party services. If a user consumes more than 10% of the tokens provided in their chosen plan, payments become non-refundable. Conversely, if the user consumes less than 10% of the usage plan, we deduct the reduced usage cost from the refund payment.
