2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or otherwise negatively impact Witlly or its users, including but not limited to:
– Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited messages.
– Uploading viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
– Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Witlly’s systems or accounts.
3. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you create using Witlly. However, by using Witlly, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.
Subscription Plans and Payments
1. Subscription Plans: Witlly offers various subscription plans, including Starter, Pro, Premium, and Team, each with different features and pricing.
2. Billing: Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan.
3. Free Trial: Each subscription plan includes a 7-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period without incurring any charges.
4. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will retain access to the services until the end of your current billing period.
Intellectual Property
1. Witlly IP: All content, features, and functionality of Witlly, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Witlly or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. User Content: You retain all rights to any content you create using Witlly. By uploading or creating content on Witlly, you grant us a license to use your content as described above.
Limitation of Liability
1. No Warranty: Witlly is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Witlly, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Witlly.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Witlly, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms.
